Hi, I'm Michelle!

Michelle Michael is passionate about helping people find the right financing for their home. She specializes in working with first-time homebuyers and offers expertise in mortgage assistance and grant programs, including IHDA, FHLB and Mortgage Credit Certificate (MCC) programs, as well as government-backed loan options.


Based in Illinois, Michelle works with homebuyers throughout Tazewell, Peoria, Woodford, Logan and Sangamon counties, as well as communities including Peoria, Pekin, East Peoria, Morton, Tremont, Creve Coeur and Galesburg.


Michelle takes pride in helping her clients understand their options, overcome obstacles, and discover confidence during their homeownership journey.



Outside of work, Michelle enjoys painting, creating projects with her Cricut, playing cornhole and spending time with her husband and two sons. She also volunteers with The Baby Fold, an organization that holds a special place in her heart, and its annual Festival of Trees fundraiser.
